By booking an appointment with MicroGlow Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. Booking & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is deducted from your total service cost.
- Deposits must be paid at the time of booking via our online platform or in person. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit.
- If you wish to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
- No-shows will be required to pay a new deposit for any future bookings.
4. Refunds & Appointment Changes
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- MicroGlow Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case deposits may be transferred to a new booking.
5. Training Deposits & Refunds
- All deposits made for training courses are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By securing your spot, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
However, we understand that life can be unpredictable. In some cases, we may offer a replacement option such as credit for services equal to the deposit amount, or access to certain course units equivalent to the value of your deposit, provided as partial credit toward your learning. We also offer the opportunity to reschedule your training for a later date. Your deposit can be held indefinitely and applied when you’re ready to continue your education at a more convenient time.
6. Health & Safety
- Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your treatment.
- If you have a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the health and safety of our staff and other clients.
7. Compliance with Victorian Consumer Law
- Our policies comply with Victorian Consumer Law, and you are entitled to remedies if services are not provided as agreed. However, change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund.
By booking with MicroGlow Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

SKIN SUBSCRIPTION
By subscribing to our Ultimate Skin Subscription service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms outlined by our booking platform, Fresha. Please review these terms carefully before proceeding with your subscription.
1. Subscription Overview
The Ultimate Skin Subscription is available at $62 per week for a 12-month lock-in period. By subscribing, you will receive tailored skin treatments designed to provide long-term results for your skin health and beauty.
2. Payment and Billing
- The subscription fee is $62 per week and is billed on a recurring basis.
- Payments will be processed automatically each week until the end of your 12-month commitment.
- You must ensure your payment details are up to date. Failure to make payment will result in your account being temporarily suspended, and you will not be able to book appointments until overdue payments are cleared.
- After multiple attempts to recover overdue payments, failure to settle your account may lead to account termination.
3. Membership Cancellation
- You may only cancel your subscription after 12 months have lapsed or if there are valid medical reasons, subject to verification.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and we require supporting documentation for any medical cancellations.
- In compliance with Victorian Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel or request a refund if services are not provided as agreed or if they are defective.
4. Appointment Scheduling and Spacing
- Appointments must be spaced responsibly. MicroGlow Studio will provide a recommended timeframe between treatments to ensure your skin receives the proper care and downtime.
- Treatments that can be performed weekly, such as signature facials, are available as part of your subscription. Other treatments may require specific downtime, and the recommended frequency will be discussed with your skin specialist.
- By agreeing to this subscription, you acknowledge that if you fail to follow our professional recommendations or ignore the advice of your specialist, any resulting skin irritation or issues will be your responsibility, and MicroGlow Studio will not be liable.
5. Cancellations and No Shows
- A late cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, and frequent cancellations may lead to suspension or termination of your subscription.
- We encourage clients to be considerate and respectful of their appointment times to ensure smooth scheduling for all customers.
6. Skin Health and Specialist Recommendations
- Our specialists will recommend appropriate treatment options based on your skin's needs. MicroGlow Studio will aim to provide treatments that deliver the most value to your skin.
- We will advise on the proper treatment plan and timings to help you achieve the best results from your subscription.
- If you choose not to follow the specialist's advice, you acknowledge that MicroGlow Studio is not responsible for any adverse effects or results.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
- If your account becomes overdue, you will be unable to book any future appointments until outstanding payments are settled.
- Failure to clear overdue payments after multiple attempts to recover the balance may lead to suspension of your account.
- Any overdue payments must be cleared before account termination. Please note that after termination, the subscription cannot be reinstated.
8. Compliance with Victorian Consumer Law
- All services provided by MicroGlow Studio are subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and applicable state laws.
- Under Victorian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy (refund, repair, or replacement) for any defective services that do not meet the agreed standard or are not as described. If you feel that any treatments provided are defective or not up to standard, you must notify us immediately to discuss a resolution.
- You also have rights under the ACL to cancel services under certain conditions, including those outlined in the Terms above, with specific focus on refunds, cancellations, and medical reasons.
9. Limitation of Liability
- MicroGlow Studio is not responsible for any reactions, irritation, or skin issues that arise due to client non-compliance with the specialist's guidance or aftercare instructions.
- We will provide professional advice to ensure the safety and effectiveness of all treatments.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- MicroGlow Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes to your subscription or services.
